VIN PAUL

 Vin Paul aka Vincent Paul DeFranco is a 18 year old,musician. Vincent is a self-taught guitarist/singer since the age of 7 years old. He is an avid musician and his favorite genre of music is classic rock.

Vincent is a solo artist trying to bring back the classic rock of the 70's. His inspiration is the all time legend Jimi Hendrix,also Ozzy Osbourne,Zakk Wylde just to name a few.

Vincent is 4x contestant at the World Legendary Apollo Theater in New York City,never been thrown off by the famous executioner. He plans to go back and compete for next year season.  Vincent also is an avid songwriter,recording artist with an in house studio he built with his dad. He is also a guitar builder,and is coming out this year with his own line of custom made guitars,and also a line of guitar effects pedals he calls BIG BOY GUITAR FX. Vin was born and raised in Staten Island,New York and enjoy's participating in fundraisers and performing venue's across Staten Island such as Kilmeyer's Old Bavaria Inn,Dock Street,The Full Cup,and also for the UBMC a biker's club in Brooklyn,N.Y.

He enjoy's alot of time in his studio,recording and writting his music and playing his guitar.  He is also a bass player

Vin also participated in the Stephen Siller Hurricane Sandy Relief effort at Killmeyer's back in November 2012 which raised nearly $3,000 for Staten Island Sandy Victims.

Also,his prior band Schizophrenia raised a small monetary donation for the Grace Foundation for children with Autism. Vincent is highly motivated to make it to the top,and hopefully all his hard dedication to the music he loves so much,will someday pay off.He is a high school graduate of James Madison High School.
